Hello My Lovelies,
I hope you’re all well.
I am so sorry its been so long since I last posted however I’ve been keeping myself busy with work, revision and working out (Yes, I work out) & I’ve just recently lost a stone.
Like I promised, Im finishing my 24 days of ASOS Christmas Calendar series.
So lets just jump right in …
Number 16 in the calendar was a sleek matte lip cream in the shade birthday suit. I am definitely a fan of this product, so much so, that I went out and brought some different shades.
This product stays on for a long time however it can be a little drying on your lips.
Either way, I would still recommend this as its an affordable product.
Next was the Toni and Guy Texturising sea salt spray.
I absolutely love sea salt sprays as they add such an effortless ‘beauty waves’ look, which is definitely one of my preferred ways of styling my hair.
I do have to apologise for the stock photo, as I have somehow managed to misplace the actual product. I am not too pleased to say the least.
So number 18 was a big disappointment for me.
Again, apologies for the stock photo but I actually gave this product to my mum because of the reaction I had to it.
This product is supposed to be hypoallergenic, however I don’t believe that for one second it is…
As I have already explained my skin is very sensitive and I struggle to use any cleansing/cleaning products on my face that are not made specially for sensitive skin. There are some exceptions but not many.
I used this before going out for dinner with my family on Christmas Eve & my face turned into a tomato. I was in absolute agony, because of the pain I struggled to apply any make up to cover the red.
Number 19 was the Cowshed soothing hand cream, which is a life saver this time of year. I carry hand cream around with me literally wherever I go and this is the perfect little travel size.
The smell is amazing and even the little bottle is cute.
Another thing I don’t like about hand cream is when it takes too long to soak in and this product seems to soak into the skin at quite a reasonable speed.
Number 2o is one of my favourite products from the calendar. It is the Nuxe (Huile Prodigieuse) multi-purpose dry oil. Although you need to be careful to not go OTT.
I have been using this product on my hair to give it some extra shine and to calm down the frizz and it has worked a charm.
I will definitely be repurchasing this!!!
Anyway I hope you enjoyed the blog post today.
If you’ve tried any of these products let me know, Id love to hear everyone else opinions.
Stay Weird … X
