Personal Microderm {PMD}

I was kindly gifted the PMD – Personal Microderm a while ago and thought it was about time to tell you about it.

I have been using it on and off within my skincare routine for a couple of months. For the first month I used it religiously, I ended up looking forward to it most nights, as I loved the way it made my skin feel! I was told that I would only start seeing results after the first month of using the product, which I would say is about right.

I won’t sit here and say I have the worst skin in the world, but I definitely go through stages, as does everyone else. The PMD is for my understanding an anti-ageing tool which has a list of different benefits.

Leaves the skin looking brighter, smoother and more rejuvenated

Reduces the appearance of fine lines, light scarring and wrinkles

Improves the overall skin tone by fading uneven pigmentation, sun damage, age spots, and skin blemishes

Helps to reduce the formation of acne as it helps to clear out clogged pores and release trapped dirt and oil

The simplest way of describing this product is that it is basically an exfoliator/hoover thing. I know I sound ridiculous but just trust me on this one!

What’s included;

Instructional DVD

Instructions manual

A warranty Slip (which I forgot to send back in time)

Multiple plug adaptors

Different Heads

Me, being me. I obviously forgot to take before and after photos, I’m sorry. Although you do trust me right?

It makes a bizarre noise, which is fairly loud for such a small product

It can leave tiny scratches if you go over the same part of the skin twice, however, this is mentioned in the instructions

It does what it says it does

Colourful (even if pink isn’t my favourite colour)

Includes everything that is required for the product

Small & Easy to store

Easy to use

My Overall Opinion

I love this product!

For sure, I think it is a little overpriced however I would definitely say It’s something I would be happy to splash the cash on in a couple of years’ time – I am 21 so at this moment in time there isn’t much ageing going on in my face but I know I’ve got that to look forward to!

Have you ever tried the PMD? What’s your opinion?
